bestbuy's idiot savants

ordering tv online, see that there is an option to pickup at a local bestbuy. i goto the bestbuy and it's not on the floor, so i inquire. floor manager says that they don't have it in stock, you order online and it will be shipped to the store and then i can come pick it up. i argue stating what it says on the website, guy doesn't care or budge. there was a 101$ off sale for about a week as i was checking online, apparently ended yesterday.

i goto order the tv, see that and get annoyed. i set the option to pickup at the same store, put in my order. 30 minutes later it says it's ready for pickup.

who do i kill first?
