back for real?

it's been a great while, a great while without the need to blog it seems. blogging is a pastime, some people love to blog. i suspect these same people are those who had/have diaries or journals that they write/(used to write) in daily, weekly... some-time-ly. i guess i never really subscribed to such things, but then again for the past year+ i've really not been doing much to document, rant, rave or bitch about now have i?

well, given that i'm trying to get back into some personal projects, programming and the like, here i am again. it's been so long that blogger has a new template system, but i'm opting to keep with the old. not everything new is worth it now is it?
